Below are some of our most common questions we have:

Use of pictures or designs | The Shopper provides pictures or designs that will be used on the phone cover. |
Delivery | We can arrange delivery for you at the listed costs. If you have alternative delivery options be sure to arrange these with us. |
Number of pictures | There is no limit on the amount of pictures you can use. Adding multiple pictures on the design makes them appear smaller. |
Time to Delivery | Order completion takes up to 2 business days. Delivery will be arranged thereafter. |
Purchased Covers | All covers purchased by us are posted on our social media as part of our content plan. If you are buying a gift for someone we can change the date of posting to align with you (example of not posting it before you hand over the gift). |
What if what you want is not in stock? | You can place your item on our Wishlist. It is important to note that Wishlist items might have extended delivery times. |
Reserving Stock - can you keep a cover for me? | Reservations are made upon full payment only. We unfortunately do not reserve covers. However, if you have paid for a cover it is reserved for you and marked on our inventory. |
Where are we based? | We are an online shop based in Windhoek. Address will be provided for pickup orders. |
When do I pay for my order? | Due to the nature of personalisation, all orders require full payment upfront. We do not start working on orders without payment. |
Picture Quality | Due to our production process, images may appear darker. |
