Below are some of our most common questions we have:


Common Question Answers 
Can I upload my own pictures or designs on a custom phone cover? Yes, once you place your order you are required to upload your own design or pictures for your phone case. 
Delivery We can arrange delivery for you at the listed costs. If you have alternative delivery options be sure to arrange these with us. 
How many pictures can I add for my phone case? There is no limit on the amount of pictures you can use for a phone case. Adding multiple pictures on the design makes them appear smaller.  
How long do orders typically take to be completed? Order completion takes up to 2 business days. Delivery will be arranged thereafter.

Is my order posted on social media?

 All orders purchased by us are posted on our social media platforms. If you are buying a gift for someone we can change the date of posting  such that it is not before you hand over the gift.  

What happens if I want to order something that is not in stock?

 You can place your item on our Wishlist. It is important to note that Wishlist items might have extended delivery times.  
Reserving Stock - can you keep a cover for me? Reservations are made upon full payment only. We unfortunately do not reserve covers. However, if you have paid for a cover it is reserved for you and marked on our inventory. 
Where are we based? We are an online shop based in Windhoek. Address will be provided for pickup orders.  
When do I pay for my order? Due to the nature of personalisation, all orders require full payment upfront. We do not start working on orders without payment. 

Does the picture quality remain the same on phone cases?

 Due to our production process, some images or designs may appear slightly darker.

What size are the name tags?

Our standard universal name tag size is approximately 80mm x 25mm x 7.5mm.

What material is the name tag made from?

Our name tags are 3D printed using durable plastic (PETG or PLA depending on design type and finish).

When ordering name tags, can I choose the colors?

Yes, you can select the Base color and Top color.  
Available color options are shown when ordering.  
If you would like to have only 1 color you can simply select both the Base and Top color as the same.  

Can I choose the font for my name tag?

At this stage, we use clean, easy-to-read standard fonts to ensure durability and consistency.
Custom font requests may be available in future.

Do you send a preview before the name tag is completed?

For standard orders, we do not send previews in order to keep turnaround times fast. Please double-check spelling carefully before placing your order.

Do you offer bulk discounts for name tags?

Yes, we offer discounted pricing for bulk orders.
